Job Description:
Lead advanced teaching and mentoring for Intermediate students in specialized subjects (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, etc.).
- Provide high-level guidance for IIT-JEE, NEET, and other national competitive exams.
- Develop advanced curriculum, study materials, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Mentor and train junior and senior lecturers in modern teaching techniques.
- Conduct workshops, guest lectures, and academic seminars for both students and faculty.
Experience Required:
- PhD/Doctorate, MSc B.Ed. in the relevant subject OR B.Tech/M.Tech from IITs/NITs/other reputed institutions.
- 20+ years of proven teaching experience at the Intermediate and competitive exam level.
- Strong academic track record of producing top ranks at national/state level exams.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and content development skills.
