8. Academic Conduct & Discipline

  • Students must maintain regular attendance and participate in tests, assessments, and mentoring sessions.
  • Disciplinary violations such as misbehaviour or irregular attendance may result in warnings, suspension, or cancellation of enrolment—without refund.

9. Limitations of Liability

Spectrum and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of this website or reliance on its content.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Andhra Pradesh.

11. Privacy Policy

12. Specialised Programme (Spectrum AI) Clause

  • Spectrum AI is an educational enhancement tool focusing on memory, critical thinking, and personal development.
  • Usage is subject to separate terms, including data usage and analytical assessment. Spectrum retains the right to modify or discontinue Spectrum AI at its discretion.

13. Entire Agreement & Severability

These Terms & Conditions, together with referenced policies, form the complete agreement between you and Spectrum. If any part is deemed invalid, the remainder will remain in effect.
